Reservation Conditions
The Car Rental reservation you will make through the Vision Rent a Car website will be valid with the conditions stated below;
Following your reservation through our website, a pre-booking confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you have shared with us.
In this e-mail sent to you, there are delivery and return points, date and time, make/model and price information of the vehicle.
Your reservation details are examined by our team and your reservation is confirmed by contacting you via phone or whatsapp in line with vehicle availability.
If you wish to change the reservation details (date changes, change of delivery and return points, adding additional drivers and requesting a different make/model vehicle, etc.), additional fees may be charged.
Our car hire prices include exempt motor insurance coverage and VAT. For your needs regarding additional services, you can make your transactions 24/7 via our call centre +90 242 254 04 04 or Whatsapp line +90 539 516 03 23.
During the vehicle delivery, you will sign the vehicle rental agreement and vehicle delivery form. Vision Rent a Car reserves the right not to deliver the vehicle when deemed necessary.
Bookings are made based on vehicle groups. Therefore, brand, model, fuel type and colour are not guaranteed.
First of all, we will try to provide you with the make and model of the vehicle you have booked, and if the brand and model of the vehicle you have specified for the dates in question cannot be provided, another brand, model and fuel type vehicle from the same vehicle group will be delivered to you.
