You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the pick-up time without any payment. Less than 24 hours before you wish to cancel your reservation, the following conditions will apply.

  • For bookings up to 3 days, 1 day rental fee is requested.
  • For bookings up to 7 days, a 2-day rental fee is charged.
  • For bookings of 8 days or more, a fee of 20% of the total rental fee is charged.

Yes, you can rent a car from us by paying with cash or money order transactions in the currency you want.

Unless otherwise, no deposit amount is taken from our guests who rent from our economic and medium segment vehicles.

You can pay the rental fee of the vehicle you rent in cash in the currency of your choice when you pick up the vehicle.

You can rent a car for at least 24 hours (1 day). For rentals less than 1 day, the daily rental fee is charged.

In order to rent a car, you must be at least 21 years old and have a 1-year class B driving licence.

If you are under 21 years old and hold a 1-year driving licence, you can rent by purchasing the Young driver package. 

The daily mileage of our vehicles is limited to 200 km, 3000 km for rentals of 7 days or more, and 4000 km for monthly car rental service.

Mileage overrun fees vary according to vehicle brand and model, and you can get detailed information from our office.

Vehicle delivery is made 24/7 to the locations you specify during booking.

Apart from our airports and offices, we also offer 24/7 delivery service to your address at the points you specify on our website.

Apart from Antalya city center, you can deliver your car in the provinces and districts you want by paying a one-way fee.

You must present your valid driving licence, identity card or passport during the delivery of the vehicle. Otherwise, vehicle delivery is not made.

Our economy segment vehicles require a minimum age of 21 years and a 1-year driving licence, medium segment vehicles require 23 years and a 2-year driving licence, and luxury segment vehicles require 27 years and a 3-year driving licence.

Only the drivers whose details appear in the contract may drive the hire car. 

In the event that someone whose information is not included in the contract is a party to any accident, all assurances and insurances are deemed invalid, and the persons who rent the vehicle and those involved in the accident are held responsible for material and moral damages.

Therefore, additional driver information must be included in the vehicle lease agreement.

In addition to the person renting the vehicle, the second driver must be added to the contract in terms of insurance and assurances.

Your bookings are created based on vehicle segments. Therefore, brand, model, fuel type and colour guarantees are not provided. 

First of all, we will try to provide you with the make and model of the vehicle you have booked, and if the brand and model of the vehicle you have specified for the dates in question cannot be provided, another brand, model and fuel type vehicle from the same vehicle group will be delivered to you.

The Car Hire Agreement is a document showing that Vision Rent a Car transfers the use of the vehicle to you for the dates you have booked and that the driver agrees to pay the rental fee accordingly.

Your driving licence, identity card, passport, address and contact details are written on the contract by our staff. A copy of the contract is given to the driver.

Before signing the car hire contract, make sure that the damage and defects of the vehicle, if any, are fully written in the report by our staff. 

Check the mileage information of the vehicle you rented, get information from our authorised personnel about the technical, safety and equipment of the vehicle.

In case of an accident, you can notify the nearest police or gendarmerie center without moving the vehicle from its place and call our call center +90 242 254 04 04 or Whatsapp line +90 539 516 03 23, which are 7/24 Vision Rent a Car contact center. 

Obtain alcohol, accident and theft reports from the police or gendarmerie. 

A Police and Gendarmerie report is required if the other party is unlicensed, the driver is underage, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the vehicle involved in the accident belongs to one of the public institutions, material damage to third parties, one of the vehicles involved in the accident does not have traffic insurance or a fatal and injury accident occurs.

If none of the above-mentioned events are in question during the accident, a material damage accident report should be filled in according to the way the accident occurred.

All our vehicles have traffic insurance and motor insurance.

However, our vehicles are covered for damage and theft within certain limits. You can purchase additional assurances and insurances to extend the coverage limits.

You can purchase the assurances, which are not included in your car rental prices, from our office at the beginning of the rental, or through our call center +90 242 254 04 04 or Whatsapp line +90 539 516 03 23.

Optional Financial Liability Insurance     : Covering 3rd party damages, you can extend your IMM limit by paying an additional fee.

Mini Damage Insurance                            : It is the repair assurance with customer declaration for damages below the amount determined by Vision Rent a Car.

The maintenance of our vehicles in our fleet is carried out periodically.

In case the vehicle malfunctions or any fault indicator lights up, information should be given via our call center +90 242 254 04 04 or Whatsapp line +90 539 516 03 23. We provide a new substitute vehicle instead of the broken down vehicle.

If there is any malfunction in the vehicle you rented, we kindly ask you to contact our call center +90 242 254 04 04 or Whatsapp line +90 539 516 03 23. Apart from this, if you are not satisfied with the vehicle you rented, you can change the vehicle if there is another vehicle available from the vehicle group you rented.

If you return the car you rented early, no refund is made for unused days. 

Planning is made according to the dates specified in the contract. However, in case of force majeure (emergencies), refunds are made with the submission of documents.

If there is a delay in vehicle delivery according to the return time specified in the contract, we kindly request that our office be informed. 

Depending on the delay of the delivery, a fee may be charged. If the delay exceeds 1 hour, one day's rent will be charged. 

For more detailed information, we kindly ask you to review the vehicle rental agreement.

If a traffic fine is written on the vehicle licence plate, you will be asked to pay the fine details. 

In cases of non-payment, a legal process can be initiated with the lease agreement and penalty report.

Our vehicles are delivered at the same fuel level at which they are delivered. 

In case of returning the vehicle with a little more fuel, no fuel refund or fee refund is made.

  • If liquids with a strong odour or stains are spilled inside the vehicle or in the boot,
  • When travelling with pets,
  • In stains caused by sea water or weather conditions,
  • Stains on the upholstery or ceiling of the vehicle,
  • The stains stuck to the seat,
  • On the child seat stains,

Detailed cleaning is applied for stains/odours that cannot be removed or eliminated by routine cleaning.

No, travelling abroad with our vehicles is prohibited in accordance with our company policies.

You can deliver the car you rented in a different city or location by paying a one-way fee in addition to the rental fee. 

One way fare may vary according to the city and locations.

Driving licences obtained from another country can be used for a maximum of 1 year from the date of entry into our country.

Our guests who stay in our country for more than six months must have Turkish translations of their driving licences certified by consulates or notaries.
