Q: Are your vehicles insured? What should I do in case of an accident?

Yes, all our vehicles are covered by mandatory traffic insurance and Rent-a-Car collision damage waivers (with excess/deductible). In case of an accident, please stay calm and contact our 24/7 support line immediately. You must obtain an official police or gendarmerie report at the scene before moving the vehicle. To complete your rental, you simply need to present your original valid driver's license and your passport (or national ID card for EU citizens) in person at the time of delivery. No other complex documentation is required.

Yes, you can drive in Turkey with your valid foreign driver's license. Generally, an International Driving Permit (IDP) is not required if your license is in the Latin alphabet and is valid. You can drive freely with your standard national license.

Kazayı bildirdiğimiz anda, geç saat olmasına rağmen hiç vakit kaybetmeden bulunduğumuz yere geldiler ve bize her konuda yardımcı oldular. O an yaşadığımız stresli durumda gösterdikleri ilgi, profesyonellik ve hızlı destek bizi gerçekten çok rahatlattı. Full kasko sayesinde bizden hiçbir ek ücret talep edilmedi ve herhangi bir ödeme yapmak zorunda kalmadık. Ayrıca araç kiralama sırasında bizden depozito da alınmamıştı. Tüm süreç son derece şeffaf, güvenilir ve sorunsuz ilerledi. Müşteri memnuniyetine verdikleri önem, güler yüzlü yaklaşımları ve her aşamada yanımızda olmaları takdire şayandı.
